What are the delivery options?

We offer three delivery options in Singapore:

  • Same-Day Delivery: $10 (Free for orders $86+)
  • Standard Delivery (3–5 days): $5 (Free for orders $86+)
  • Self-Collection: Always free
How do I get free delivery?

Orders of $86 or more qualify for free same-day and standard delivery. Self-collection is always free regardless of order total.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Privacy & Discretion

How is my order packaged?

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. There are no logos, product names, or descriptions visible on the outside.

What will appear on my bank statement?

Charges appear as "DL Wellness" on your bank or credit card statement — completely discreet with no reference to the nature of your purchase.

Products & Care

What does "body-safe" mean?

Body-safe means the product is made from non-porous, medical-grade materials that are free from harmful chemicals like phthalates and BPA. All products in our store are body-safe certified.

How should I clean my products?

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened intimate products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — please contact us for assistance.
